What you send me

When you fill out the quote form, you tell me:

• Your name, your business name, your phone number, and your email if you give one
• Where you're based and what your business does
• Where your website stands today, and its address if you have one
• What's costing you the most, how customers find you now, and what would make a new site worth it
• When you want to start, the budget range you pick, what you already have (like a logo or photos), and how fast you can usually get back to me
• Anything else you type in the notes box

The budget range is only there so I know which build to talk about first. If you call, text, or email me directly, I get whatever you send that way too.

How I use it

I use it to get back to you, put together your quote, and do the work if we end up working together. I won't put you on a mailing list, and I don't sell or rent your info to anybody. The only other time I'd share it is if the law requires it.

Who else handles it

A few services carry your info so this site works. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

• Resend delivers your form answers to my business email, dw@forgeddigital.dev, and keeps a short-term log of each email it sends.
• Google Workspace runs that email account, so that's where your answers are kept.
• Supabase hosts the private database behind my client records, where I keep your name, business, and number if we keep talking.
• Vercel hosts this site. Like any web host, its servers log basic request details, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure.

To stop spam, the form briefly checks your IP address when you hit send. It isn't saved with your answers.

What this site measures

I use two tools to see how the site is doing. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. Google Analytics shows me which pages get viewed, how people found the site, their general location and device, and whether they tapped to call or sent the quote form. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell a repeat visit from a new one, and Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. Neither tool tells me your name, and nothing you type into the form goes to either one. This site doesn't run ad pixels or retargeting. You can block Google Analytics with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on, and the site works the same.

How long I keep it

I keep your form answers in my email, and your name, business, and number in my own private client records and my phone, as long as I need them to quote your site, do the work, and keep normal business records. If we don't end up working together and you want it gone, ask and I'll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you what you sent, fix it, or delete it. Email dw@forgeddigital.dev or call or text (325) 642-0796, and I'll get back to you within one business day. Depending on where you live, state privacy law may give you more rights than that, and I'll honor them.

Kids

This site isn't meant for anyone under 13, and I don't knowingly collect info from children.

If this changes

If how I handle your info changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
